Hello there, here is a little bit of information on care/safety for our products. Allergen information can be found in the images of each product.

CANDLE CARE- Remove from packaging, trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. Place on a heat resistant and level surface. To prevent tunnelling, make sure the melt pool reaches/ or as near to the edges of the vessel before extinguishing, particularly on the first burn. Burn your candle for 4 hours at a time (2-3 hours for small votive) To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candle within sight. Keep away from drafts. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children and pets.

MELT CARE- Pop 1 melt in the warmer dish. Place an unscented tea light (4hr) in the base or switch on the warmer. Use for 4 hours at a time, and let the melt re-set, this will help keep the fragrance for longer. Remove from dish when fragrance has faded. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Do not eat. Keep away from children and pets.

DIFFUSER CARE- Remove from packaging, place on a flat surface, unscrew cap, remove the plastic stopper, replace the cap and pop in your reeds. Start with 4 reeds, leave it for 24-48hours and pop in another reed if it needs it. These reeds do not need turning. Place in an area that is away from direct sunlight and heat, but where people pass/slight breeze to help release the fragrance. Flammable liquid. Do not light the reeds. Do not ingest. Keep away from children and pets. People suffering from perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using this product. Use gloves to remove used reeds. Do not place directly on polished, painted, plastic or leather surfaces or on electrical equipment, as accidental spillage may cause damage to certain materials.
